VCMC Motorsport Club Monthly Minutes

The meeting was started at 7:15PM.
The Chair, Henry, called the meeting to order.
There were 16 members present:
Henry Ho, Cliff Loh, Carson Au, Gerald Chen, Matthew Lam, Edwen Ma, Dustin Jones, Yarko Petriw, Mitch Burton, Joanne Lai, Chris Ong, Ken Au-Yeung, Will Fong, Don Nimi, Kelvin Luk, Elaine Chen,
New Member: Kelvin Luk, STS Honda Civic
Minutes of the Nov, 2006 meeting were approved.
OFFICERS’ REPORTS
Membership Director:
- 2007 Membership Fees
Renewal $50 (Early bird special, $40 before the 1st event)
New members $50 include one free event
Additional family member $30
Director of Competition:
- Advise members to take off their licence plate / block it with tape. Warranty issue and ICBC insurance policy issues.
Technology Director:
- Timing system research
- Planning for CAC, look for a back up timer.
Director of Public Relations:
- Vancouver International Auto Show March 30th to April 8th.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
- Timing Trailer, the search continue, 18ft to 24 ft enclose trailer, new and used.
- Suggestion of Team Endurance event (club vs club)

- Website design contest
- Annual VCMC Survey
- Looking for new webmaster
- 2007 event schedule
