VCMC is proud to announce the 2012 SCCA Nationals scholarship program. This program provides the opportunity for VCMC members who are attending SCCA Nationals for the first time in 2012 FREE entry to the event. During September 4nd to 7th 2012, the best Soloists make the pilgrimage to their own promised land—Lincoln, Nebraska. More than 1,200 drivers flock to a four-day period that makes the largest competitive motorsports event in the world—The Tire Rack SCCA Solo National Championships.



In order to qualify for the scholarship the following criteria must be met:

• Applicant must be a first time attendee of SCCA Nationals and a current VCMC member
• Applicant must be involved with the Velocity Driver Development program during 2012 in some capacity- either as a student, instructor or volunteer
• Car being used at the event must clearly display VCMC and/or Velocity decals
• VCMC must be listed as one of the applicant's sponsors in the official results published by SCCA
• Applicant must pay entry fee and attend SCCA Nationals. An amount equal to the early bird entry fee will be reimbursed after the event has been completed (specific details on how to claim the scholarship will come at a later date). Applicant is solely responsible for costs associated with membership, penalties, late entry, travel, and qualifying Tour event
