How does the friday test and tune work? I am taking thursday off and will be staying over night in Seattle and heading out to Packwood friday morning. I am thinking about leaving Seattle around 8 am to be at Packwood around 11 am. Is that a good idea or should I leave earlier?
Who else is going to the test and tune?

                    Re: 2011 Packwood National Tour

I'm having issues trying to register.

When I go to the link it says:
"This registration can not be updated at this time. The event organizer has disabled updates. Please contact the registrar to have changes made on your behalf."

                    Help anyone?

                          ================================================== ===

Cut vinyl in White or Black
                          Impact font.
8" Tall Numbers $12 per pair.
4" Class Designation $3 per pair.

Dual drivers can order a 3 digit number and cover the appropriate digits when rotating drivers. Those dual driving in both open and ladies classes can order their class designation with the trailing 'L' and cover it during open class runs.

NOTE: The cut vinyl has an adhesive backing; however it is NOT designed to be repeatedly removed and re-applied.

Spare vinyl for those with dual drivers who plan on removing/reapplying decals between runs:
                          8" Tall 6 pairs of "1"s is $15.
4" Tall 6 pairs of "L"s (for ladies) is $4.

We also can provide the markings on a white magnetic backing. The backing will have rounded corners (we have noticed the rounded corner magnetic backing isn't as prone to lifting at speed as 90 degree corners.)

Cut black vinyl on white magnetic backing
                          Impact font.
8" Tall Numbers $18 per pair.
4" Class Designation $6 per pair.

                          For those with dual drivers:
                          8" Tall 1 pair of "1"s is $6.
4" Tall 1 pair of "L"s (for ladies) is $3.

For competitors who want to have the numbers made they must submit the following information:

                          1. Black Cut Vinyl, White Cut Vinyl or Black Vinyl with White Magnetic Backing.
                          2. Full Name (as per BC Champ registration)
                          3. Email address or daytime telephone number.
                          4. Number to be made.
                          6. Class Designation to be made.
                          7. If the 1's are needed (dual driver)
                          8. If the L's are needed (dual driver)

Uh oh, is there still enough time to get the SCCA membership?

It seems rather expensive for a single event @@!~ http://cms.scca.com/documents/Club%2...amemberapp.pdf

I believe you need it if you want to apply for contingency stuff. It only took a minute to do over the phone: 800-770-2055 (had to call them because you can't use a Canadian Visa online).
