    Re: Velocity - March 25

Some senior members have been wondering about instructor and staffing status.... I just got a txt....dunno why but I thought I'd ask here.
Peter: Oh my god, Brian, there's a message in my Alphabits. It says, 'Oooooo.'
    Brian: Peter, those are Cheerios.

Awesome day! My instructor Dave was beyond my expectations

  16. Re: Velocity - March 25

Thanks so much for all the hard work put in by the VCMC team to put on the velocity course. I have now done the dancing with cones, autox 101 through ubcscc and velocity. And while the 101 was a great intro to auto x, and dancing with cones is great for seat time. I got the most out of the velocity course. It was the best mix of driving time (i never got out of my car ) and intstruction tailored to my driving level. I could see other students who were all different skill levels also enjoying it. I walked away from the course with more understanding about car control, auto cross techniques and how to approach an autox course from the first walk through. Taking what i learned into the autox cup1 helped me get my times down faster, hit less cones, and have more fun. Thanks again VCMC, always a pleasure attending your events.
