VCMC in conjunction with Motul Fluid Canada and PDM Racing is pleased to announce the remainder of the four Track Days at River's Edge Racepark in Mission, B.C., scheduled for this year:
The remaining events will be as follows:
Monday, June 8th - Track Day #2
Monday, Sept 21st - Track Day #3 (Canceled)
Sunday, Oct 25th - Track Day #4
Each event will be limited to a maximum of 40 paid participants plus instructors (45 paid participants on the two Monday events).
For the October 25th event, All Novices will be required to attend the Novice Classroom session which will be held at the Raceway the morning of the event, conducted by none other than VCMC Club Co-founder Joe Cheng! Joe will be covering the rules of a track day event, safety concerns, passing rules and mental preparation of track driving. ASN lapping regulations can be viewed here.

Joe Cheng was kind enough to do a detailed write up a couple of years ago on some of what to expect at track day. This is recommmended reading for all HERE.
Entry:
$200.00 entry fee.
You must be a VCMC member to sign up! We will be only accepting one signup per member, and your slot is NON-Transferrable. Track noise limit is 90db measured from the racing line. Please also be aware that only intermediate and advanced drivers will be permitted to carry passengers on course. Entrants MUST provide a 1/2 inch drive socket in the correct size for their wheel lugs at tech, to help expedite inspections. Any spectators will be required to sign a waiver for the day, for club liability coverage for the event. VCMC reserves the right to refuse participation at any point (registration, classroom, during session).
Cancellation Policy:
Club must be notified no later than two weeks prior to any given event to receive 90% refund for that event
Club must be notified no later than one week prior to any given event to receive 50% refund for that event
Driver Groups:
Drivers will be divided into four groups (three on the two weekday events. Novice 1 group is dropped on the weekday events). Please note that you will require at least some autoX, HPDE, or track experience to participate.
Novice 1 (at least one, but less than three AutoX events) Novice 2 (Solo 1, Driver Training, three or more AutoX events, Other track experience), Intermediate, and Advanced. Your entry will be reviewed and you may be regrouped at the discretion of the Chief of Registration.

Tentative Schedule for each day is as follows:
7:00 am - gates open
7:15 am - tech opens
8:15 am - tech closes
8:30 am - mandatory drivers meeting
9:00 am - on track sessions begin
4:00 pm - on track activities cease
5:00 pm - premises must be vacated
